Custom-Engineered Enphase Solar & Battery Storage Systems
At Tokai Electric Inc, we do not build cheap, mass-market solar systems, and we do not use aggressive sales brokers. We custom-engineer high-performance private power plants designed to last for decades.
Our systems are engineered around your specific land and energy goals. Right now, we build our solar and storage infrastructure exclusively with Enphase Energy technology to provide the most reliable, efficient, and flexible energy systems available on the market today. We accept only 12 residential energy infrastructure commissions per year, treating every system as a premium, permanent asset.
Hardware Standards: Enphase Energy Systems
We do not compromise on hardware. Our current solar and storage deployments utilize Enphase IQ Microinverters and Enphase IQ Batteries for three specific reasons:
-
Maximum Reliability: Traditional systems rely on a single central inverter. If it fails, your entire solar array goes dark. With Enphase microinverters, every panel operates independently. If one panel faces shade or a rare malfunction, the rest of your system keeps running at 100% capacity.
-
All-in-One Smart Energy Management: The Enphase App allows you to monitor production, consumption, and battery storage levels in real time from your phone. You control exactly when to save power, use battery backup, or send energy back to the grid.
-
Seamless Battery Integration: Enphase IQ Batteries are modular, chemistry-safe (Lithium Iron Phosphate / LFP), and pre-engineered to seamlessly scale up if your power needs grow in the future.

Uncompromising Technical Standards
-
100% In-House Execution: We do not hand off your home to third-party sub-contractors or generic sales teams. We handle the site evaluation, electrical engineering, county permitting, and final installation ourselves.
-
Total Financial Transparency: We offer flat-rate pricing with zero hidden fees, zero backdoor markups, and zero sales fluff.
-
Airtight Investment Protection: Every system is backed by a 25-year manufacturer product warranty on Enphase hardware and a comprehensive 10-year structural workmanship warranty directly from Tokai Electric.

What’s Included in Your Private Power Infrastructure Engineering?
-
Custom Load & Appliance Energy Study: We do not rely on generic software guessing games. We conduct a precise energy study based on your actual household usage. Our engineering team checks and measures your major appliances under load both individually and simultaneously to map your true peak electrical demand.
-
NEC Whole-Home Load Calculations: Complete profiling of your active panels, high-draw equipment, and strategic planning for future appliance additions or heavy electrical loads.
-
Custom System Layout Plan: Precise, multi-angle blueprinting designed for optimal irradiance, whether deploying low-profile rooftop arrays or heavy-duty ground mounts.
-
Advanced Thermal & Structural Analysis: Full engineering assessment of roof structural integrity or land contours prior to a single bolt being placed.
-
1-on-1 Technical Consultation: A direct, deep-dive meeting with Jozsef Tokai to review your engineering options, system performance metrics, and layout constraints.
-
Permit-Ready Execution: You are paying for a tangible asset. This fee delivers a code-compliant, fully engineered, permit-ready blueprint package. We handle every line of code compliance, engineering stamps, county permitting, and final inspection sign-offs.

Our Qualification Process: Cash Deals Only
We do not offer automated online estimates, generic sales pitches, or high-pressure phone consultations. We do not work for free. Engineering a fail-safe, code-compliant electrical asset requires dedicated engineering hours and physical data verification.
Every single project we take on begins with a comprehensive Feasibility Design Study conducted by our specialized, in-house team.
The $1,500 fee is required upfront to cover our in-house engineering layout, load analysis, and structural profiling. Upon completion, you receive an unalterable, line-item blueprint and a hard cost breakdown for materials and labor. If you hire Tokai Electric for the physical build, this entire $1,500 is applied directly as a credit toward your construction contract.
Why We Are Cash-Only: The Truth About Solar Financing
We operate strictly on cash-direct capital terms because third-party solar financing is fundamentally designed to exploit the homeowner.
When a contractor offers you a "low-interest" or "zero-down" solar loan, the financing banks charge the contractor a massive, upfront "dealer fee" to buy down that interest rate. These hidden banking fees routinely inflate the total price of a system by 25% to 35%.
To offer those loans, we would be forced to artificially add tens of thousands of dollars to our project costs. We refuse to play that game. By eliminating the predatory financial middleman, every dollar you spend goes directly into premium Enphase hardware and master-level C10 engineering—not a bank's pocket.
Our Structural Financial Terms:
-
100% Cash Deals Only: We do not offer, manage, or wait on third-party financing, solar loans, or bank approvals. All projects are strictly cash or direct capital transactions structured around clear milestone progress invoices.
-
No Rebate Coordination: We do not calculate, guarantee, or process government tax credits, utility rebates, or local incentives. We deliver the engineering, the hardware, and the passed inspection; navigating financial incentives is entirely your responsibility.
🛑 Notice: If you are shopping for the lowest bid, zero-down solar financing, government rebate management, or quick automated estimates, we are not the right contractor for you. If you want a master-planned, high-capacity energy system engineered by a licensed C10 professional, apply below.
